This cozy, single-level cottage sleeps six with a king bed, two twins and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a workspace and a spacious shared yard with a fire pit and grill. Pet-friendly, with keypad check-in, one off-street parking space and on-site Tesla charging.
Good to know
The cottage offers single-level living, with 3 steps at the main entrance or 2 steps at the kitchen entrance. It sleeps up to 6 guests and has 1 bathroom, so please keep this in mind when planning your stay. SLEEPING: - Primary bedroom: King bed. - Guest bedroom: Two twin beds. - Living room: Queen sleeper sofa and HDTV with Apple TV. Enjoy a full kitchen, a renovated bathroom, fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. A crib, books and toys are available for little ones. The spacious yard has shade from mature live oaks, a fire pit, a grill and outdoor seating. The yard and carport are shared with the accessory unit on the property. The yard is not fully fenced; please supervise children and pets outside. One designated off-street parking space is provided. Additional street parking is subject to availability. Laundry access and an on-site Tesla charging station are available.

Check-in: Self check-in by keypad. Your door code will be sent before arrival. Checkout: By 10:00 AM unless a later time has been arranged with Kevin in advance. Pets: Approved pets are welcome for $75 per pet, per stay. Bowls are under the kitchen sink. Please keep pets off all furniture and beds, supervise them outdoors and avoid leaving them unattended. Security deposit: A $150 security deposit is held and used only if necessary. Starter supplies: One roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper are provided per stay. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are usually available, but please bring any essentials you need. Support: Admin and support hours end at 9:00 PM.
