This cute carriage house apartment is located in downtown Savannah, close to everything. Located just off of Jones Street and by Clary's cafe, you can walk everywhere. This home is 2 blocks to the Cathedral and in between Calhoun and Lafayette Squares. Fully appointed, you have everything to make your vacation in Savannah a perfect one. Sip coffee on the bright patio overlooking a private courtyard. Enjoy the Savannah life for a weekend or longer. We are happy to host you.

Good to know

One flight up and in the center of the historic district. Walk everywhere. Clary’s Cafe and the famous Jones St are right out of the door. The Cathedral and amazing restaurants are just a block away. Smart television, and WiFi all included. New wifi/internet system with a decent signal. Carriage house is fully disinfected and cleaned prior to check in. Comes with mini split HVAC which is serviced and ready to keep you cool.

Other Details to Note

Savannah is a darling city full of history and lots to explore. You will enjoy this carriage house as its in the center of the historic district. I am happy to be your host. I look forward to having you. We are pet-friendly and charge a $75 pet fee for guests looking to bring their four-legged friend. Dog bowls can be found under the kitchen sink. We recommend not to leave approved pets unattended if possible. Due to this being a studio carriage house, we are only able to accommodate a max of 2 people. The $150 security deposit will only be utilized if necessary. You will not be charged upon booking.

House Rules

Please remove trash. Bins outside. Check out is 10am unless prior arrangements are made. Pet fee is $75 per stay up to 7 days. Each pet counts as an additional guest. When checking out, make sure to click extra guest per each pet if you are bringing them. Please keep pets off furniture as much as possible and clean their feet before coming inside. If can be prevented, we also recommend not to leave approved pets unattended for more than 2 hours. Admin and Support hours end at 9:00 PM. Any raised concerns will be acknowledged the morning of the next day.

Everything Downtown Savannah. You can walk everywhere. Located between Calhoun Square and right next to Clary’s Cafe. One block to the famous Jones Street, two blocks to Lafayette Square, three blocks to the Cathedral and four blocks to Forsyth Park.

Laundry if needed, just ask we will do our best to accommodate. Private patio overlooking a courtyard too. Your space is all yours. 1 flight up.

Fantastic! Nice and clean, exactly like the photos. Right next to Clary’s, where we had a great breakfast/brunch. Nice view from the unit and great proximity to Forsyth Park.

Find us

On street parking. No meters on Taylor East of Abercorn. Be aware of street sweeping signs though. Parking has always been easy for me.
