Other Details to Note
Pet-friendly: we welcome your dog for a pet fee. Dog bowls are under the kitchen sink. We ask that pets not be left unattended when possible and stay off the furniture unless a covering is put down. Parking is on-street in the surrounding blocks. There is no dedicated parking on site, and please do not park in the lane, as those spaces belong to the neighboring homes. Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the building only. A $150 security deposit is charged only if needed for damages. Nothing is collected at booking. As a studio carriage house, we can host a maximum of 2 guests.
